Upload the required company evidence. Current documents are saved securely in the Confidential Company Document Library.
Submit the tender for review. HatuaBid assesses the technical evidence, pricing schedules, submission requirements, complexity, document volume and timeline before providing a quotation.
Upload the complete tender pack whenever possible. Include later addendums, extensions and clarifications because they may override the original instructions.
Supported evidence includes PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and common image files where applicable.Statutory and mandatory evidence uploaded during Plan 2 is securely retained for future tenders. Always confirm that certificates remain current and relevant.
Open the document library →Use the page and clause references to verify every finding against the tender source. Missing information is not automatically a negative finding.
Open My Tenders →The bidder remains responsible for eligibility, pricing, signatures, stamps, final approval and submission. Original bid securities must be handled physically when required.
HatuaBid assists and controls the process; it does not replace authorised human decisions.Confirm the final deadline, submission channel, bid security, addendums, pricing schedule, signatures, stamps, serialization and packaging instructions directly against the latest tender documents.
